Job description
**Job Title: Assistant Manager II**
The Assistant Manager II contributes to the smooth operation of the store on a daily basis, engaging in tasks like managing inventory, merchandising, and implementing corporate policies. This role also involves collaborating with the Store Manager to oversee, mentor, and train team members, all while fostering a safe and enjoyable environment for customers. Ideal candidates will possess prior retail management experience and be capable of handling physical responsibilities, including lifting items weighing up to 55 lbs. Essential skills include effective communication, strong organizational abilities, and adept problem-solving. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
