**Job Title: Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager plays a vital role in aiding the Mountain Operations Manager with the oversight of daily functions within the Snow Surfaces Department. This includes responsibilities related to snowmaking, grooming, and the upkeep of terrain parks. Key duties involve supervising team members, overseeing labor management, and ensuring that mountain conditions remain safe and of high quality through both practical leadership and administrative responsibilities. Applicants should possess a minimum of five years of experience operating heavy machinery and must hold a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is necessary, along with strong leadership abilities and the capacity to thrive in the demanding environment of winter mountain operations.
