Job description
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in supervising the daily operations of the store, which encompasses managing costs, overseeing inventory, and upholding exceptional customer service standards. This position entails leading the team, ensuring compliance with company policies, and effectively scheduling and staffing to optimize store profitability. Ideal candidates should have solid mathematical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, as well as excellent communication skills to engage with both customers and team members. A valid driver’s license and an insured vehicle are necessary for tasks related to deliveries.
