**Retail Lead Partner**
The Retail Lead Partner is responsible for overseeing daily retail activities, guiding team members, and guaranteeing exceptional guest service. This role also involves supporting merchandising efforts, managing cash handling processes, and providing staff training to ensure smooth operations. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with four to six months of experience in retail or hospitality. Essential qualifications include strong communication abilities, basic math skills, and flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
