Job description
The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supervising the daily activities of the store, focusing on maintaining food quality, achieving labor targets, and upholding service standards. This position involves managing employee training, overseeing inventory, ensuring the upkeep of equipment, and enforcing all safety and security protocols diligently. Applicants should be willing to commit to at least a 50-hour work week and possess a solid understanding of Domino’s operational standards. The role also entails proficiency in managing store budgets, conducting P&L analyses, and ensuring exceptional customer service and cleanliness throughout the store.
