**Job Title: General Manager**
The General Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, which includes overseeing staffing, inventory management, and financial outcomes, all while promoting a strong customer service ethos. This role involves guiding, training, and nurturing the store team to achieve corporate objectives and meet sales targets. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail sector, with a preference for those who have supervisory roles and familiarity with the optical industry. A bachelor’s degree or comparable experience is desirable, and an optical license is mandatory in states where applicable.
