Job description
The Assistant Manager will supervise the daily operations of the shift, which encompass inventory management, cash handling, and customer service excellence. This role entails guiding and inspiring a team of 3 to 15 staff members while maintaining high product standards and ensuring the store stays clean and organized. Applicants need to be a minimum of 18 years old, possess a positive demeanor, and have demonstrated leadership skills. Additionally, a clean driving history, access to a dependable insured vehicle, and the capability to successfully pass a motor vehicle record evaluation are essential.
