**Installation Manager**
The Installation Manager is responsible for overseeing HVAC installation activities, guiding and mentoring teams to guarantee projects are executed safely and meet quality benchmarks. This role involves organizing daily operations, managing personnel and resources, and offering technical support to enhance customer service. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation along with demonstrated leadership or supervisory abilities. A valid driver’s license, CFC Certification (Type I and II), and a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical codes are mandatory.
