**Arista Coffee & Café Manager**
The Arista Coffee & Café Manager is responsible for guiding daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and leading the team to create a memorable guest experience. This position includes managing inventory, overseeing profit and loss accountability, and launching initiatives aimed at boosting sales to achieve profitability objectives. Applicants should possess 1-2 years of management experience in a hotel coffee shop setting and hold necessary certifications, including Illinois BASSET and Food Handler. This role demands strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and familiarity with Micros systems.
