**Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the store, focusing on cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and delivering exceptional customer service. This individual will set an example for the team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, while also overseeing staff management and maintaining a tidy store environment. Applicants should be capable of operating store equipment, processing orders, and handling physical responsibilities, which may include lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and standing for long durations. Proficient communication skills and the capacity to carry out basic math calculations are essential for success in this position.
