Job description
The Shift Leader manages the daily operations of the restaurant, which encompasses tasks such as opening and closing responsibilities, overseeing inventory, and coordinating team activities. They are dedicated to maintaining exceptional levels of customer service, ensuring food safety, and optimizing operational effectiveness throughout their shifts. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant environment or hold certification in all relevant company roles. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred, and candidates must be able to successfully complete a food safety audit.
