The Assistant Medical Director will oversee quality and safety initiatives while collaborating with hospital leadership to improve service excellence and patient experience. They are responsible for managing clinical workflows, mentoring providers, and monitoring site financial performance to ensure operational success. Candidates must be a licensed M.D. or D.O. with completion of an accredited residency program and maintain medical staff privileges. Strong leadership, administrative aptitude, and the ability to interpret complex financial data are preferred.
