Job description
Oversee the daily operations of the center in the General Manager’s absence and supervise team members to maintain exceptional customer service standards. Engage in various responsibilities including the installation of hitches and brake controllers while efficiently managing resources. Candidates should hold a high school diploma or equivalent, possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and have prior experience in a leadership role. Strong customer service abilities and capacity to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, are essential for this position.
