They are also responsible for upholding patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and providing support with both administrative and clinical duties to facilitate smooth patient care. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have knowledge of medical terminology relevant to eye care. Experience in patient assessments and record-keeping is essential, alongside a keen eye for detail and competence in Microsoft Office applications.
