Job description
**Customer Service Specialist**
Customer Service Specialists play a key role in supporting both wholesale and retail clients by understanding their requirements and suggesting suitable products from Sherwin-Williams. In addition to addressing customer inquiries and issues, they help uphold the visual presentation standards of the store and strive to meet sales targets. Ideal candidates should be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid driver’s license, and be proficient in both English and Spanish. Furthermore, applicants must be capable of lifting weights up to 70 lbs and possess legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
