Job description
The Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for supervising daily clinical and operational activities to guarantee the delivery of high-quality and safe patient care throughout the healthcare continuum. This position entails leading interdisciplinary teams, overseeing performance management, and promoting quality and safety initiatives, all while adhering to regulatory requirements. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) along with a valid, unrestricted Registered Nursing License in Georgia. Additionally, candidates must have at least three years of nursing experience in either acute care or ambulatory settings, with a minimum of one year in a leadership or supervisory role.
