Job Summary
The Injector position involves the operation of injection molding machinery to produce high-quality plastic parts for various applications. This role is crucial to ensuring production efficiency and product quality through monitoring processes and making necessary adjustments.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate injection molding machines according to specified production requirements.
- Monitor machine parameters and make adjustments to ensure optimal production quality.
- Conduct quality checks on produced parts and document findings.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in injection molding preferred.
- Experience operating injection molding machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety standards.
