Job Summary
The Assistant Nurse Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing clinical operations while ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. This position is focused on promoting a teamwork-oriented atmosphere within the healthcare setting. The Assistant Nurse Manager also participates in initiatives aimed at improving performance and takes on managerial duties when the Nurse Manager is not present.
Responsibilities
- Support clinical operations to maintain high standards of patient care.

- Engage in performance improvement projects to enhance service quality.
- Assume managerial tasks in the absence of the Nurse Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
- Active New York State Registered Nurse license is necessary.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience is essential.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is required.
- Experience in managing clinical workflows is preferred.
