**Job Title: Assistant Program Director**
The Assistant Program Director is responsible for managing the daily operations of the program, which includes overseeing data reporting, ensuring compliance, and supervising staff. Additionally, this role involves delivering clinical services to a select group of youth and families, while promoting a positive team environment. Applicants should have a master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a comparable field and must either have an independent license or be eligible for licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT). A background in program management and clinical supervision is essential, along with a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
