Job description
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for managing the operational aspects of mechanical construction projects, which involves scheduling, overseeing subcontractors, and controlling costs. This role serves as a primary field liaison to guarantee that projects adhere to specifications, while also providing administrative and technical support to the Project Manager. Applicants should hold an associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline, and have a minimum of two years of experience in commercial construction. A strong ability to interpret mechanical drawings and a solid understanding of construction cost structures are crucial for success in this position.
