Job description
The Assistant Research Scientist will oversee the daily functions of the laboratory, ensuring the maintenance of the trace metal clean room and adherence to safety regulations. This role includes leading or supporting oceanographic field sampling efforts, performing geochemical analyses, and participating in the development of scientific publications and grant applications. Candidates should possess a PhD in Oceanography, Earth Science, or a related discipline. Experience in geochemical analysis and the collection of samples aboard research vessels is essential.
