The Operations Assistant Store Leader plays a pivotal role in aiding the Store Leader to meet sales objectives, enhance operational productivity, and maintain exceptional levels of customer service. Key responsibilities encompass inventory management, supervising store upkeep, directing floor setups, and nurturing the development of the store team. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience in retail management and the physical capability to handle tasks such as lifting 30 pounds. A bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role.
