Job description
The Assistant Store Leader of Visual Merchandising plays a key role in assisting the Store Leader in promoting sales, enhancing customer service, and ensuring operational efficiency. This position involves implementing visual merchandising guidelines, overseeing floor setups, and guiding team members towards reaching store objectives. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in retail management and have the physical capacity to handle tasks such as lifting weights up to 30 pounds. A bachelor’s degree is advantageous for this role.
