Job description
The Assistant Store Manager collaborates with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, guide the team, and meet sales goals. This role entails upholding visual merchandising standards while enhancing store performance through proficient staff management and process execution. Applicants should possess previous experience in retail sales or management, ideally in a premium fashion environment. A minimum of one year of experience with key performance indicators (KPIs), alongside exceptional leadership and communication abilities, is required.
