Job description
The Assistant Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, which includes managing the opening and closing processes, as well as achieving sales targets and upholding the brand’s high standards. This role entails mentoring team members and cultivating an inclusive atmosphere to provide a stellar customer experience. Applicants should have prior experience in a retail leadership or key holder position, alongside strong organizational and time-management abilities. Furthermore, candidates should be capable of performing physical duties, such as standing for extended periods and lifting items weighing up to 20 pounds.
