Job description
The Assistant Manager in Training will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations within the store, focusing on enhancing sales, handling inventory, and upholding excellent customer service standards. This position entails mentoring team members, implementing company policies, and ensuring that the facility remains clean and safe. A High School Diploma or GED is required along with a minimum of 3 months of experience in retail customer service. Candidates must possess open availability for a 24/7 operation and should be able to lift up to 65 pounds.
