**Job Title: Dietary Manager**
The Dietary Manager is responsible for managing everyday kitchen activities, supervising meal delivery, and overseeing the staff to guarantee adherence to health standards and the dietary requirements of residents. Key responsibilities include planning menus, managing inventory, and creating a professional, resident-centered atmosphere. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of two years of experience in food service, including at least one year in a leadership position. Familiarity with modified diets and a SERV Safe certification are necessary, or candidates must acquire it after being hired.
