**Job Title: Business Development Manager**
The Business Development Manager will oversee the entire sales process, from identifying potential clients to presenting and finalizing agreements with new property owners, aimed at expanding the managed portfolio. This role involves representing the company at various local events and fostering robust relationships with real estate agents and brokers within the community. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the real estate or property management sectors, and must be located in Brevard County, FL. Key requirements include excellent communication abilities, familiarity with CRM systems, and the capacity to perform in-person property showings and engage in networking activities.
