Job description
The Assistant Superintendent oversees field operations, which encompasses managing construction processes, handling administrative duties, and coordinating subcontractors. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within financial limits, all while upholding rigorous safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a superintendent or foreman capacity, ideally in tilt-up construction. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools is necessary, and applicants must also hold a valid driver’s license.
