Job Summary
The Assistant Supervisor in Quality Assurance (QA) plays a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards. This position requires a proactive individual who will support the QA team in implementing processes and protocols aimed at maintaining product excellence. The Assistant Supervisor will work closely with various departments to uphold quality and compliance across operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the QA Supervisor in managing daily QA activities and workflows.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor product quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify quality issues and develop corrective actions.
- Support the training and development of QA staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure documentation and reporting related to quality standards are accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Science, or Engineering.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or related roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
