Job Summary
The Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the complete recruitment process for both hospitality and corporate positions. This position involves mentoring the recruiting team and enhancing operational efficiency through effective management of reporting and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles.
- Provide support and guidance to the recruiting team.
- Manage reporting activities and ensure data accuracy in the ATS.
- Implement process improvements to streamline hiring operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in high-volume hiring scenarios.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
- Able to work onsite in Sandy, UT.
