Job Summary
The Associate Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to assess business requirements, outline functional specifications, and assist in the management of medical expense reporting as well as operational solutions. This position is critical for performing data analysis, overseeing system improvements, and maintaining process consistency throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and evaluate business needs.
- Define and document functional requirements for various projects.
- Support the reporting of medical expenses and implement operational solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and improve processes.
- Manage enhancements to existing systems to align with business objectives.
- Ensure standardization of processes across different functions within the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or finance operations.
- Demonstrated ability in requirements documentation and process flow mapping.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with data validation and successful project delivery.
