Job description
**Associate Designer**
The Associate Designer is responsible for overseeing the sample development process from initial concept through to production, working closely with various teams to ensure timely completion of seasonal projects. This role also includes assisting in product development meetings, generating design specifications, and examining market trends to identify potential business opportunities. Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in retail product design and hold a degree in design or a related field. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and excellent organizational abilities are essential, along with a portfolio that showcases a high level of design aesthetic.
