Job description
**Job Title: Associate Director – Clinical Data Management**
The Associate Director will lead and direct strategic and operational initiatives related to clinical data management within clinical development programs. This position entails managing CRO partnerships, guaranteeing data integrity and preparedness for inspections, and working in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to achieve study goals. Applicants should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical data management within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or CROs, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. A solid understanding of ICH-GCP, FDA/EMA guidelines, and CDISC standards is essential, as is experience with Phase 2/3 clinical trials and outsourced models.
