Own and administer the organization’s business applications, reporting, integrations, licenses, and technology projects, while partnering with functional teams and the managed services provider. Improve employee IT support and onboarding, manage workplace technology and equipment, and support responsible AI adoption, security processes, and user training. Requires at least five years of IT user support experience, working proficiency in SQL, and experience administering business platforms and building reports or dashboards; experience with Sage Intacct reporting, APIs, scripting, system implementations, Google Workspace, and vendor management is also sought. Candidates should communicate technical information effectively, manage multiple priorities independently, and be able to work in the office three or more days per week.
