Job Summary
The Associate Director is tasked with the creation of quality control processes and the establishment of standards for ethical AI utilization, ensuring that legal deliverables comply with professional and regulatory norms. This role demands close collaboration with IT, the General Counsel’s Office, and various legal teams to weave ethical AI principles into overarching firm strategies.
Responsibilities
- Devise quality control workflows for legal work products.
- Establish standards governing responsible usage of AI within the legal context.
- Collaborate with IT and the Office of General Counsel to integrate ethical AI considerations.
- Work alongside legal teams to align AI usage with professional and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- J.D. from a recognized law school.
- Admission to practice in a U.S. state bar.
- At least five years of experience in legal practice.
- Familiarity with legal ethics, regulatory regulations, and AI technologies.
