Job Summary
The Associate Director will collaborate with both legal and business departments to pinpoint, develop, and deploy transformative artificial intelligence solutions that support the objectives of the firm. This position entails keeping an eye on trends within the legal AI sector, assessing emerging technologies, and delivering insightful recommendations to the firm’s leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Work with legal and business units to identify opportunities for AI implementation.
- Design and execute high-impact AI solutions that further the firm’s strategic goals.
- Monitor and analyze trends in the legal AI market to stay ahead of innovations.
- Evaluate new technologies and their potential applications within the firm.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to firm leaders regarding AI advancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of five years of experience in legal technology or innovation.
- Deep understanding of generative AI, large language models, and relevant legal workflows.
- A J.D. or a technical background is advantageous.
