Job Summary
The Associate Relationship Banker plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers at the branch by providing personalized financial solutions and guiding them on the use of digital banking services. This position is focused on fostering strong relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with all relevant banking regulations and policies.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Availability to work during branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Preferred experience includes one year in a sales role within retail or financial services.
- A college degree is preferred.
