Welcome and assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and by phone, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable banking products and services. Provide a welcoming client experience, explain digital banking tools, collaborate with specialists, and follow banking policies and regulatory requirements. Requires a high school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent; strong communication and client-service skills; and the ability to resolve issues, meet risk and compliance obligations, and work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of relevant sales experience, a college degree or military equivalent, and experience following banking policies and regulations.
