Job Summary
The Associate Sales Representative plays a key role in boosting sales initiatives by fostering growth in the OR Business Unit, targeting both prospective and established accounts. This position involves cultivating relationships with healthcare professionals and ensuring effective product utilization.
Responsibilities
- Engage in sales discussions with surgeons and hospital personnel.
- Oversee and achieve territorial sales objectives.
- Provide training and support to guarantee clinical proficiency in product application and upkeep.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 0-2 years of sales experience, ideally gained in a clinical or hospital setting.
- A valid driver’s license is necessary.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time is essential.
