The Associate Scientist will conduct high-throughput solid and solution-phase organic synthesis to support drug discovery and design. Responsibilities include following safety protocols, collaborating with R&D teams, and maintaining detailed experimental documentation. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree with 3-5 years of experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 6-10 years of industrial experience in chemistry. Extensive expertise in synthetic organic chemistry and high-throughput methodologies is required.
