Job Summary
The Associate Territory Manager for OR Renovation in Tampa is responsible for driving communication and collaboration across various stakeholders to enhance renovations within the region. This role focuses on key performance indicators such as Sales, Quality, and Cost to ensure successful execution of renovation projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic communication with key stakeholders across different departments.
- Monitor and strive to achieve key metrics related to Sales, Quality, and Cost.
- Support the Sales team by facilitating access to customer accounts in relation to renovation projects.
- Act as a liaison to effectively address and manage renovation leads within the specified region.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to analyze and manage performance metrics relevant to sales and quality standards.
- Experience in territory management, preferably in renovation or related fields.
