Job Summary
The Automotive Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in obtaining quality pre-owned vehicles from multiple sources such as leads, private sellers, and digital platforms. This position requires conducting vehicle evaluations, maintaining CRM documentation, and working closely with the sales team to achieve inventory targets.
Responsibilities
- Source and procure quality used vehicles through various channels.
- Conduct appraisals on vehicles to determine market value.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to align with inventory objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience working in automotive dealership operations, particularly in vehicle acquisition or sales.
- Prior experience in vehicle appraisals is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
