The Finance Manager is responsible for directing the financial operations within the dealership, focusing on enhancing sales, boosting profitability, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance and transparency in all transactions. Key responsibilities include showcasing aftermarket products, nurturing lender partnerships, and providing mentorship to the sales team. Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree, along with a valid driver’s license. Prior experience in automotive sales and finance is advantageous, and candidates must be able to obtain a Wisconsin Sales License upon employment.
