The Sales Consultant manages the end-to-end sales and finance process while maintaining strong CRM output and achieving monthly sales targets. They also support lot operations, vehicle merchandising, and ensure high levels of customer service and NPS scores. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior car sales experience. A valid driver’s license is required, along with specific state-mandated sales licenses where applicable.
