Job description
The Service Advisor plays a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, fostering trust through effective communication, and overseeing the repair estimation procedure. Additionally, they contribute to the shop’s operations by managing vehicle check-ins, conducting quality control inspections, and handling parts inventory. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer and demonstrate a strong sales performance history. A high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and competency with computer systems are essential qualifications.
