**Service Advisor**
The Service Advisor plays a crucial role in engaging with customers regarding their vehicle repair requirements, producing precise estimates for repairs, and coordinating the service appointment calendar. This position necessitates maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction while complying with dealership policies and manufacturer warranty standards. Applicants should hold a valid driver’s license, be at least 18 years old, and demonstrate strong skills in customer service and computer proficiency. Prior experience in a similar automotive service advisory position is advantageous, and candidates must be able to successfully complete a background check.
