Job Summary
The consultant will play a key role in interacting with customers from the service department to discover potential opportunities for vehicle trade-ins and upgrades. This position is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and expanding the client base through effective engagement and service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Interact with service department customers to identify trade-in and upgrade possibilities for vehicles.
- Manage and follow up on leads to ensure timely engagement with potential clients.
- Conduct thorough vehicle appraisals to assess value and condition.
- Present financial upgrade alternatives to clients in an informative manner.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Basic computer skills are essential for managing lead information and client interactions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are crucial for successful client engagement.
- Prior experience in car sales is not necessary; however, a willingness to learn is important.
