Job Summary
The Autoskin Production Engineer plays a pivotal role in streamlining manufacturing processes and ensuring high-quality production of automotive skin components. This position focuses on optimizing production techniques and maintaining efficiency while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes for automotive skin components.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols throughout production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
- Monitor production metrics and suggest improvements to meet performance targets.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive production.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with production optimization techniques and quality control methods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
