The General Compounder plays a crucial role in the production of cosmetic batches by adhering to formulated recipes and operating sophisticated manufacturing machinery. Responsibilities include meeting quality assurance standards, keeping precise inventory logs, and complying with safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualifications, along with relevant experience in a regulated manufacturing setting. The position demands the capability to lift weights of up to 50lbs, sustain long periods of standing, and exhibit mechanical skills.
